I had a terrible experience at this café while trying to celebrate my friend's birthday. We had made prior arrangements, but everything went wrong from the start.

They forgot to mention my friend's name in the decoration, even though we had clearly asked for it in advance.The manager told us over the phone that they had plenty of cakes available. But when we arrived, there was only one cake left, and we were forced to buy it at an inflated price.When we requested them to write the name on the cake, they told us they didn’t have anything to write with. How can a café not have basic cake writing material ?

The AC was not working, and they never informed us about that earlier. It was extremely uncomfortable inside.The service was beyond poor. The staff was completely unprofessional. We had to wait 20 minutes just to get plates — and when they finally arrived, there were no spoons. After asking again, they took another 20 minutes to bring spoons.

This was supposed to be a special day, but thanks to their poor service and lack of attention, it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone planning a celebration. Truly unprofessional...

2 INCH WORM IN FOOD ; RUDE STAFF ; We went there because there with 15 of our family friends for a mini celebration. We live in cp but went there as they had advertised a specific Sufi night. Before going we asked them if the Sufi night would happen in case it rained. The manager confirmed the same to me Deceit 1 : when we got there it was raining lightly. The Manager instantly backed out on his words saying that if it rained the entire program would be cancelled. Deceit 2 : thanks to weather gods, it did not rain … but they made us sit in this rooftop where there was minimal light n the electric gadgets were connected through open wires. NOW I KNOW HOW SPOT FIRES N SHOCKS HAPPEN - if the cadet was on and it rained god knows what would happen The plates were FILTHY AND HAD TO GET THEM WASHED AGAIN AND AGAIN WORST THING : THERE WAS A 2 inch WORM THAT CRAWLED OUT OF OUR CHINESE…N INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING THE STAFF TOLD US TO NOT EAT IF WE DID NOT WANT. This is honest review for your cafe as you deserve.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! Ilios Cafe and Bar is one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. First of all, the food was served stone cold, as if it had been sitting out for hours. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they were rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in fixing the issue.

As for the taste? Utterly disgusting! It was no better than something you’d find at a low-grade street stall, yet they have the audacity to charge premium prices. The flavors were bland, stale, and just downright unpleasant. It was a complete waste of money, and I regret every single penny spent here.

On top of the terrible food and service, the attitude of the staff was atrocious. Unprofessional, arrogant, and completely lacking basic customer service skills. It’s almost as if they’re doing you a favor by letting you dine there!

Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! There are far better places to eat that won’t rip you off with cold, tasteless food and awful service. Ilios Cafe and Bar is an absolute disgrace. Never...
