Café Coffee Day — Restaurant in Delhi

The Cafe Coffee Day outlet in Kirti Nagar is absolute RUBBISH in terms of

Service - the server took 5 minutes to even greet us because she was busy cleaning up behind the counter. When we asked for the menu she handed it over and continued to do whatever she was earlier doing. After scrutinizing the menu, both of us asked for 2 of the beverage items listed only to be advised that both were not available. So we asked her to let us know what was available so that we could make a choice from what was available. All this took 10 minutes, before we were asked to sit. It took another 10 minutes to get served...20 minutes. We also asked for a sandwich but were told by the server that she couldn't attend to our order, as apparently, there was an issue with the billing system. So we handed her the money asking for the sandwich to be served and that she could generate the bill subsequently. She began saying that she couldn't serve till the bill was generated but the other person tapped her and told her to do the needful. We got our ungrilled, cold, tasteless sandwich after another 10 minutes. What was supposed to be a quick coffee and sandwich 15 minute break in between our hectic morning stretched to an hour. Completely inefficient and pathetic service.

Items on the menu - they may have the regular menu of a CCD outlet but have a stock of only 1/6th of the items available.

Taste - UGGGGGGGHHHHH

Cleanliness - pathetic

Others - the washroom was not functioning apparently as there was no water!

Visited the cafe coffee day kirti nagar. It is right on the main road. Had a samosa & coffee Tangerine coffee in white chocolate. The girl making the coffee was good. Nice to talk to, soft spoken & professional. The samosas was too small. They have reduced the size. It was average. The coffee was nice but very mild on Tangerine flavour. This was a new flavour i wanted to try. Liked it but could be better. The coffee gets suffocating after some time. I am a blogger on instagram & zomato as the @the_food_date. Not a big place .. can accommodate not more then 15 guests at max. There is serious problem with this place that is menu they never have all the food items available at any day at any given point of time but still I liked the place as it always have good crowd specially for couples they can feel comfortable.
