I visited Bikaner Sweets, Sadar Bazar today. The place was neat and clean, and surprisingly there was no crowd even though it was Sunday. The space is quite large, but the biggest drawback is the very limited staff—because of this, service was extremely slow.

I ordered Aloo Paratha and Chole Bhature. Unfortunately, the Aloo Paratha had no taste and no salt, which was very disappointing. The Chole Bhature were comparatively better, but still average. What made it worse was the long waiting time—around 45 minutes—just to get the food, as only one staff member was managing the entire store.

Drinking water was available through RO, but only normal water, no cold option. For a brand like Bikaner Sweets, people expect quick service, good taste, and proper facilities, but here both taste and service fell short.

We had a very disappointing experience during our lunch visit. The hygiene levels were extremely poor, several houseflies were hovering around the food, which was both unhygienic and off-putting.🤮🤮

Despite repeatedly requesting the staff to switch on the air conditioning, it was never turned on, making the environment uncomfortable.
