Unacceptable Standards at Kake Di Hatti, Global Mall Vaishali
The dining experience at Kake Di Hatti in Global Mall Vaishali was nothing short of abysmal, demonstrating a shocking disregard for customer service, hygiene, and basic culinary standards.
Incompetent Food Preparation: Upon requesting freshly cut onions, we were served what can only be described as a butchered attempt at food preparation. When questioned, the server admitted to cutting the onions himself, exposing a severe lack of professional kitchen staff and a blatant disregard for hygiene protocols.
Subpar Service: Our requests for properly prepared laccha paranthas were completely ignored. The lemon served was practically useless, yielding only a few drops of juice. It became painfully clear that the staff was utterly unwilling to provide even the most basic level of service.
Absence of Management: Attempts to address these issues with management were futile, as we were informed the manager was conveniently "on leave." The absence of any responsible authority figure during operational hours is completely unacceptable.
Hygiene Violations: In a final insult to proper restaurant etiquette, finger bowls were served using the same vessels used for dal, demonstrating a complete disregard for basic hygiene practices.
Conclusion: This establishment's shocking lack of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service is inexcusable. The complete absence of trained kitchen staff, competent servers, and present management raises serious questions about the restaurant's operational standards.
Kake Di Hatti in Global Mall Vaishali should be avoided at all costs. Diners seeking a respectable meal with basic standards of service and cleanliness would be wise to look elsewhere. This establishment requires nothing short of a complete overhaul of its practices before it can be considered fit for...

My recent visits to Kakke Di Hatti have been extremely disappointing, and I feel compelled to share an honest review to caution fellow diners.
Firstly, the food quality has drastically declined. The once-famous Handi Daal is almost never available anymore. On my last visit, I waited for 45 minutes only to be told that it wasn’t ready. When I returned recently, it was again unavailable. The staff was visibly clueless, with waiters scrambling around in search of a handi – an absurd and poorly managed situation.
I reluctantly ordered Daal Makhni and Paneer, but both were utterly tasteless. The paneer was excessively spicy with no balance of flavor, and the daal was far from the rich, creamy taste it used to have. They are just thriving on their name only.
What made things worse was the lack of hygiene. They were washing utensils in the same washbasin where customers clean their hands, which is highly unsanitary. The plates given to us were dripping wet, and we had to wipe them ourselves with tissue paper. Even the cut onion salad was reused on multiple tables – a serious red flag.
The overall management seems to have fallen apart: • No proper parking facilities • Used tissues and trash strewn on the floor • Staff appears untrained and mismanaged • No attention to cleanliness or customer experience
Even their once-loved lassi, which used to be served with thick malai, has lost its charm and quality.
This visit was certainly my last. It’s sad to see a once-iconic eatery deteriorate to this extent. I hope they take these issues seriously and work on improving their food and hygiene standards before...
Read moreFrom an establishment this big I had certain expectations and not even high just some basic ones that they will give me a good nan and dal makhni and I took my friends that came all the way from to MP there .
And what we were served . COLD NAANS . We ordered two different naans both were served together and they were COLD , HARD and just plain chewy I mean guys naan is what you built this for .
We ordered some starters chilli mushroom and crispy corn and i didn't knew such simple dishes can be made in worst way possible and they were both stirred in same sauces. And the pizza comes in a tiny tiniest size that it doesn't even deserve to be on normal adult menu .
The service was horrible we waited 15 minutes for someone to take our orders and were being passed from one person to another before eventually our order was finally taken .
Please. Don't disappoint us like that what would we even do with cold naans. I had such high expectations and was so bold to my friends that I will get you to taste best naan and dal makhni in chandini chowk but bro not even best that was the worst experience ever . And the prices are not even cheap that you give such a horrible services . Just because you have multiple brances now , can't be the reason to downgrade the service and quality of food . Any half decent restaurant would have done a better job at this . P.S the raita was tasteless and the haryanvi me who has always praised delhi food to my friends from other states was utterly disappointed on that day . I would rather make them have a street food then take them to this...
