Biryani Blues — Restaurant in Delhi

My very first worst experience with biryani blues yesterday.I tried lot of biryani restaurants for the taste of Hyderabadi.Every restaurant starts with good quality and day by day gives worst biryani (from cooking oil to pieces ),but Biyani blues maintained same quality.Even though it has it's con like adds more masala than rice and quantity wise gives less but maintains good quality but first time I saw both quantity and quality were Missing. I never order the basic chicken biryani from BB as I know they give less quantity and it is cooked in oil ,so I order handi biryani as the quantity will be satisfied and they cook it in desi ghee and they give decent pieces of chicken which is a good quality, Even though the price is high and delivery charges in Zomato with BB is too much I go for it for the quality of food.

Yesterday was my worst experience ,no ghee used, cheap quality pieces , rice quantity less compared with previous experience ,more masala .In shor I can say they tried to kill me lol. Then I checked from which branch it came and got to Malviyanagar branch. So BB I'm a fan of you but yesterday food lost faith in you too.I think for good biryani (Hyderabadi) only option left is I have to cook on my own now.

Anyways hope BB will consider this feedback and everyone...

Biryaaaniiiiii!!!! As far as i can go back and recall, it was the first of its kind in Delhi, serving original Hyderabadi Biryanis, dum and other types. And the most stupendous thing is that they still maintain that same taste of biryani. I have seen many people who do not particularly like eating rice or pulao for that matter but are fans of Biryani. Or should i say they just want to eat rice in the form of biryani, because it is so delicious and especially at Biryani Blues. The CP outlet serves the best biryani. The outlet closes early in the night around 10;30 for a serving but delivery is open. They have seating at ground and first floor which is comfortable for a big group also. We ordered Biryani from Biryani blues as they promised safe and hygienically delivered Biryani! It came in plastic boxes along with cutlery. We ordered Paneer 65 Biryani, Soya Biryani and veg Biryani! 2 nestle raitas came long with these! We loved soya biryani. It tasted really good and was nice and fragrant. Paneer 65 Biryani was slightly high on spice but we loved that! Although, we would have preferred a little extra paneer but at this price, can't really complain. Veg Biryani - it was also fragrant and spicy. The rice quality that they use is really good. Loved the Biryanis. Although, would have preferred if they served all their Biryanis with salan!
