Chic Fish — Restaurant in Delhi

Went after so many years for a dinner hoping to get a pleasant experience like before, but it turned a disaster. Booked a table for 8 at around 10:20-ish PM on 27th Jan'23, the food was served after a usual while. Ordered boneless Butter chicken (12 pc), tandoori rotis, butter naan, dhaniya adraki paneer, and dal makhani. The butter naan came totally raw, tandoori rotis were also pretty raw, chicken pieces in the butter chicken were also very chewy, indicating they were also undercooked. The waiter took away the raw naan saying it would be replaced soon, which never came...and the repeat order of the breads also came very late while the food went cold. Meanwhile when the staff were winding up to call a day, which is totally fine as per the timings, they even switched off lights over our table, which were soon switched on upon asking, but they said it's closing time. If tomato puree is what your palate craves for then Chic Fish is the place. Butter chicken, malai kofta and Shahi paneer all tasted like, no points for guessing, a bowl of thick and tangy tomato soup.

This genuinely isn't a rant or a snobbish or elitist takedown. I've never paid so much money to eat food that was too acidic for organic waste even. TBH, I'm glad my brother paid.

Went for dinner but not at all upto the expectations. The quantity was too less. Ordered 12 piece butter chicken & 4 piece chicken malai tikka. The size of chicken pieces in butter chicken was very small as compared to the 4 piece malai tikka in which the size of the pieces was normal. The whole butter chicken gravy tasted like tomato ketchup and the quantity of the full 12 piece butter chicken was very less as compared to the quantity provided by other restaurants we ever went to.
