When I asked the staff member at the counter, he started searching for soap in the washroom and even in the kitchen cupboards, which made it clear that there was no cleaning staff present and he was managing everything alone — from taking orders to handling washroom maintenance. He eventually told me the soap had run out.

When I asked how he maintains hygiene while moving in and out of the washroom and serving food, he mentioned using sanitizer — but there was no sanitizer near the washroom either. The only sanitizer available was on the counter, meaning anyone using the washroom would have to walk across the outlet to the counter just to sanitize their hands.
