I visited this restaurant which is near Preet Vihar Metro Station. I ordered at this restaurant please see below:
Vada Masala Dosa Mineral Water Puri Bhaji Veg Utthapam Chaach (Beverage)
I have also put a bill with the review. The first thing is that i entered restaurant, neither did anyone checked the temperature of my body nor did my hands get sanitized.
The second thing is that the table was not sanitized here. The table was sanitized after my rebuke.
Thirdly, food here was being served without gloves.
Fourth, See the price of the water bottle in the bill. Guess from the water bottle that if you are selling water so expensive, then what will happen next?
Fifth, the staff here knows how to hide things very well. They don't mean anything to customers. Managers talk to customers very strangely.
Sixth, the food was stale served here. On complaining to the manager, the manager says that all the customers are eating then Complaint should have come from every customer. I told the manager you should be mean to me, what should I do to the other customer. If I come to the restaurant, I will tell you my problem. What I mean to the rest of the customers.
(I visited everywhere, but I found a manager like these today, who misleads the customer by talking very strangely. If you behave with the customer in such a bad manner, your restaurant will keep going down. Your manager was not even telling me his correct name. I feel bad when a customer is served stale food.)
Pay attention to such staff. Otherwise, the day is not far when such staff will discredit Sagar Ratna.
I do not want to recommend this restaurant to anyone. Avoid eating from such restaurants. Whenever you go to a restaurant or place, pay attention to one thing especially that never go without reading the Good / Bad review. Eat good food. And restaurants please serve good food. And the customer is God. Because of them, your...
Read moreServants are Rude. Really really rude. They don't even know how to behave with customers. I should blame it on managers who don't conduct them properly. After that incident I never went back there again.
My family use to behave with servants very politely, we respect all, and just asked one of the waiters for some lemon water ( we use to just love that and do that for fun) to clean our hands after the meal, which they do usually, and on the very same the waiter got angry and gave a very rude reaction like he was drunk or something and my family members definitely felt bad on it. I mean it wasn't a big thing, he could simply say a 'no' and that would be enough but he gave rude reaction which wasn't a thing expected from such a restaurant. After all we are your customers. On that point my family said - 'leave it. it's not a big thing.' Of course it was. They felt bad on it (some of my family members are low income earners, that's why they said it so but they definitely felt bad that could be seen it on their face. In the end, we are your customers at least you should behave properly).
Me and my family never again agreed to go there. It's been like one year.
You lost your customer Sagar Ratna.
So rude. Bad waiters. Mannerless staff. They should teach them some manners.
I gave 2 stars for food. But they don't even...
Read moreAwful food. Went with my wife to eat what they call "South Indian Thali". But I was thoroughly dissap;pointed. Pooris were alright and so was the boiled rice, but rest of the things were sub-prime, that is much below standard. Pooris and boiled rice were alright- they would be anywhere- there is no specilization involved; but the mixed vegetable was like it was prepared by any roadside vendor serving meals for Rs. 30/- a plate or so. Second vegetalbe was Lobia, prepared in typical UP style but more on the insipid side; saambar was full of big pieces of white gourd and it tasted insipid; and rasam was sweetish five spoonfuls in a small katori. Is that the stuff that I went to eat as "South Indian Food??" I and my wife both asked. There was hardly any tamil or telugu or Malyali taste in that food. It looked served by a roadside vendor anywhere in the country and tasted bad. On the top of that was the offer of buttermilk glass for an extra rs.35/-!! Ever seen a south Indian thali without the buttermilk contained in it? But here it is in sagar Ratna; who serve the so called bad food thali for Rs. 220/- with a separate buttermilk cost for Rs.35/- DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU WISH TO HAVE TAMIL FLAVOUR OF FOOD. better to visit a roadside vendor; you will be served...
