I had the most horrible experience at this outlet. I ordered Veg Manchurian and Chilli Paneer, and what I received was beyond disgusting. 🤢 The food was served in the most unhygienic and careless manner. It looked stale, tasted horrible, and smelled like it had been reheated multiple times. I ended up vomiting after reaching home — that’s how bad the food was. 😡
To make it worse, the staff here is shockingly rude and arrogant. The so-called manager, Dinesh, was extremely disrespectful when I politely complained about the quality of the food. Instead of listening, he told me, “This is how it's served here,” as if I had no idea what Veg Manchurian or Chilli Paneer should taste like. 🙄
He acted like a complete ill-mannered person, lacking even basic customer service etiquette. I was shocked by his tone and unprofessional attitude. It's clear that the staff has zero training and no interest in customer satisfaction. 👎
I’ve eaten at countless places, but this is by far the worst experience I've had in years. This brand has completely lost its credibility for me. The food, service, and hygiene — all were a BIG ZERO. ❌

While the Dahi Bhalla was fresh and satisfactory, I regret to inform you that the samosas were not up to standard. Upon inspection, we noticed that the samosas were visibly degraded and, alarmingly, had fungal growth on them. Thankfully, we observed this before consuming them, as consuming such spoiled food could have led to serious health issues such as food poisoning or other illnesses.
This experience has raised concerns regarding the quality control and hygiene practices being followed at the outlet. I hope you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take immediate steps to investigate the issue and ensure such incidents do not recur.
