Sagar Ratna — Restaurant in Delhi

They have many branches in Delhi. In this outlet, Food is good but rates are at higher side. Their staff is good, place is neat & clean. parking is a headache here because there is always a traffic jam outside, lot of battery reckkshaws are waiting for passengers coming from janak puri west metro station, however restaurant has some parking space infront of main gate but it is not certain if you get a parking or not. If you are thinking to park your car in unity one parking then you have to walk & cross the main road & that is not safe..so it is good if you go there by metro or by ola uber.. food is good specially South Indian food. North indian food is also served here. Overall good place.. if you are staying in nearby areas like Vikaspuri, Janakpuri, vikaskunj, mahavir enclave etc then they have home delivery service also. This service is quick. Earlier this branch used to be in KG1 Vikaspuri at that time north indian food was at first floor & south indian was at ground floor. Those days there was a long waiting period for the north Indian food. Now a days there is no waiting... Mainly because now we have many options nearby like unity one mall & District center where we have many food outlets are there.... So enjoy the food... & Dont forget to taste their Paan. One more thing that they are slow in giving extra sambhar or chatni Sometimes their service speed...

This outlet was always my go to place for relishing south indian cravings. But let me tell you, you have lost your charm! The food is not that same, taste is not it used to be. Still we were like satisfied because we have memories with this place! This outlet! Worst part is yet to come. Your managers were always welcoming but let me share the horrible experience we had to face last evening. There is this manager, middle aged guy with specs and tilak on his forehead. Please take a note-"he is extremely rude and very insensitive" We had finished our food and was waiting for glass of water, he had the audacity to come to our seat and asked us in firm tone,"you finished".We nodded yes then he said "then get up other guests are waiting". While we stood up and packed our stuff, he called cleaning staff and shouted in him in Tamil to quickly clean up the table and made weird faces as if it was his fault that we were sitting. I felt really sad for that person. If this is the kind of professionalism you adhere to then let me tell you you lost your loyal customer. Unfortunately I couldn't click a picture of that person but if you want to ascertain whether it's a genuine feedback or not I am sharing the photo of that seat where we were sitting. Your managerial staff literally needs some basic manners...
