BURGER.IN — Restaurant in Delhi

My review is specifically for vegetarian people—never order from this restaurant! They clearly have no idea how to treat a customer. I ordered a Paneer Burger, but to my shock, they sent me a Non-Veg Burger instead.

I am a pure vegetarian and have never eaten chicken in my life. The moment I took my first bite, I immediately noticed that something was off—it didn’t taste like paneer at all. Suspicious, I checked the patty, and it was brown in color. To be absolutely sure, I even sent a picture to my friends, and they confirmed that it was a chicken patty.

I cannot express how disgusted and furious I feel right now. Just the thought that I unknowingly consumed meat makes me sick. This is beyond unacceptable! A restaurant that cannot differentiate between vegetarian and non-vegetarian orders has no right to operate.

If you don’t know how to serve food properly, you should shut down your restaurant. This has been the most ridiculous and horrifying experience for me, and I will never order from this place again—or from any restaurant that serves both veg and non-veg, as I have completely lost trust.

So after boycotting and avoiding McDonald's, Dominos, Burger King and Pizza Hut for over a year (and we all know why) I accidentally chanced upon Burger.in... and lemme tell you I have not been disappointed. The pizzas might not be the finest Italian piece of art... some Michelin-starred Mediterranean fare... But am not complaining & boy oh boy! The chicken pieces sure taste like real chicken (not some dystopian plastic Rubik cubes) the bread is soft, the onions caramelized and I can taste the tangy sauce (I like my pizza spicy & bursting with flavour)... Sure there's room for improvement... The cheese can be a bit more cheesing (texture can use some tweakin), the sandwiches can be a tad crispy (&less soggy) but I am not complaining... Given the wallet-friendly price point ( 1/2 of a Pizza Hut or a Dominos) I think I am getting a fair deal... 5 star for staying open beyond 1 am and satiating my midnight craving for pizzas and sandwiches. Redefining convenience and quality without burning a hole in my pocket. Here's to more tasty late-night...
