Visit this special outlet of Delhi Heights and get insulted and pay for it. I have been patronizing Delhi Heights for past 5 years and this is my probably 8th Delhi Heights restaurant that I have visited and kost of them multiple times.

As everybody is aware that they offer complimentary bun and butter with soup sticks as as a gesture. We were 6 here for dinner and did got 2 of those buckets and informed them that would be needing 2 more when rest 3 people join us in a while. Upon theor arrival when we asked them for 2 more buckets that was informed them earlier and 4 baskets for 6 people.

The manager Ravi walks up to me and tell me that they do not serve it unlimited. Who asked for unlimited? We are not here to have just garlic bread. We came here because children enjoy this basket when they are here and nobody has ever told me that it's not unlimited. Though we didn't expect unlimited from them. And 2 for them were previously informed to them.

Because of Ravi the staff has different attitude and as per my experience thisnis the worst Delhi Heights I have ever been to with rude and unmanned staff. It is so humiliating. If you can't give it comp, put a cost to it so that we don't have to refuse to our kids atleast.

This basket is given because you expect business out of it and see revenue from us and we give that too but Cafe Delhi Heights you have no right to disrespect or humiliate your customer.

I too belong to the hospitality industry and such people and gesture if not immediately, slowly kills the business and hope this doesn't happen with you because of your misbehaving staff.

My family is eating right now and I am totally humiliated and guess what I will also pay them for everything that we have and all the services even after feeling disgusted of being here.
