The best thing about this place is the hospitality. They have isolated corners with low music for conversations, and a long collective table in the center with screens for full-on socializing. The 1st time we asked the steward to get us anything he thought was best out of 3 options we gave. He got Aslam Tikka. Tikka was soft, well cooked. Unfortunately the bread with it was like a 'Yoga mat'. The restaurant immediately changed it. What followed was a more acceptable yet still sub-par dry-ish bread slightly over toasted on one side (may be people ask for less butter or dry bread idk) but we didn't ask for it to be changed again as it was ok-ish with a dip and we didn't wanna be rude. The next time we got Pizzas which were also fair. Their Mango based mocktail is good. If you don't want a whole 500ml LIIT just get a 30 ml vodka and add to your mocktails as you go to pace yourself. If it was solely based on food I'd give then a 3.5 to 4 stars but their hospitality has truly been superlative so far. Even though you may need to step out and call the wait staff at times or even wait a bit, it's ok when you realize that most people in the corner sections are anyway looking for privacy. Also, given the crowd and workload. The place is never really in a hurry to give you the bill or to rush you out. It is a good place to hang out with friends especially those occasions where the conversations and anecdotes are so many and the time seems short. Prices are okay too. Unfortunately though, it is located on the top floor of the mall. No elevator. You NEED to be able to get on the escalator to get there. So that posed 2 Issues 1. It is not PwD friendly to reach at all; 2. You end up paying big for parking. We paid Rs150 and Rs90 each time respectively JUST for parking. 3. It is a long and tedious task just to get there. But then at least you get ample parking because of the mall unlike the nuisance created when restaurants ask you to park on the road. So it is really advisable that one cab have dinner here in case you're already out for shopping or a movie at Pacific. I'd give them a 1 to 2.5 on parking and accessibility. In fact just because of this we had to take off 1 star from the final rating. All in all a good...

Read moreEXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE - NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences at social. I was planning to visit with my family, including a baby and try to book a table in advance. When I called the staff told me they didn't accept bookings over the phone and that I must come in person, I then tried booking through Zomato, but upon arrival the staff told me there is 1 hour wait and took down my phone number, and name when I asked if they would call us when the table was ready. I was told no you have to wait here outside only (I was curious, why they continuously saying that you have to wait 1 hour) this was extremely inconvenient, especially with a small baby in the heat no seating, no fan, no AC, and not even basic hospitality offered. What made things worse was that during this wait, I saw empty tables inside and other people being let in directly. When my wife questioned the staff, they gave a vague excuse that "they were already inside and just switched seats," clearly thinking customers can't see what's going on. The staff was unprofessional, lacking basic courtesy and training. There was no consideration for families, and no transparency in how they manage entry. We saw the guards and other staff murmuring and laughing among themselves, which and made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected and eventually, we decided to leave and go somewhere else. If you're planning to visit with kids or elders, I highly advise looking for a better-managed and more...
