Chaayos Cafe at East Patel Nagar — Restaurant in Delhi

We are a regular to this place and mostly frequent the franchise in wee hours of the morning. The food and service is great and we love this place for the most parts. There are two feedback however: Please use appropriate measures to keep mosquitoes in check. There are several mosquitoes that make it unbearable to sit and enjoy a cup of tea. Also, with monsoon and onset of dengue it scares me a little to bring my family or friends along. Often, the staff says that a particular food item is physically with them but they can't serve it since the computer inventory suggests no items available. This happened to me on 17th August 2023 and I was taken aback on how digitally mismanaged a systwm could be.

P.S. It is good to note that this organization takes its reviews rather positively and work on the same. The service was immediately rectified and I see they have acted upon things, hence...

I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment at the appalling quality control displayed by your team. I purchased a pack of Kesar Milk and Navratri snacks for me and my husband from east Patel Nagar outlets, and to my horror, I found pieces of foil in the packet & my husband consumed full milk with piece of foil I am so worried and shocked !

Not only is this unacceptable, but it's also a serious food safety concern. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and hygiene from your products, and you have failed miserably.

I demand a thorough investigation into this matter and immediate corrective action to ensure that such incidents do not recur. I also expect a formal apology and a refund for the defective product.

The worst chai i ever ordered. I ordered 2 kadak chai with regular milk with added spices,adrak and elachi. I specially mentioned in instructions to make it extra hot. What was delivered was a awful experience. The chai was mild(not kadak at all), cold, it was too watery with very less milk and i couldn't feel any taste of adrak and elachi. They are a complete rip off. Don't fall in their trap. Never ever order from them. I tried to get in touch with their team and asked for replacement and that lady assured me that someone from their team will get back to me for a replacement in 5 minutes and i never heard back from them and infact i tried calling them back and they did not answer my call and after few call i found myself being blocked my their team. Thats how much they value their customerss....
