Bake Club Oasis Baklawa — Restaurant in Delhi

Omg! Guys please do not visit this shop.. They ruined my nephew's birthday!!!! Service bad, taste bad.. Order wrong... Nothing went right here.. 🤬 I ordered a 2kg cake and very specifically told I want green and yellow roses , cherries 🍒 across the whole cake and in centre apple and kiwi decoration..the pic will show you what they gave me.. I went back imagine to talk about it because my nephew didn't like the cake and I asked them to put enough Cherries because he likes it.!!! Instead.. The staff started fighting over.. The Baker who made the cake - he started shouting on us and didn't accepted his fault instead arguing on a no sense basis.. !! But nevertheless, I continued to ask for some settlement and what I got was a pack of biscuits and 200 rs. They charged me 1500 for the cake!!! Very disgusting, the cashier guy somehow negotiated over the matter but honestly these people have no brain and NO RESPECT for the customers. So, please don't visit this place and if you don't trust me. You can check anytime their recording of this Monday only 12 oct. I'm very disappointed over the birthday that got spoiled and the way they treated us. So, if you wish to still buy from here.. You may take risk. Rest I won't suggest atleast on my standards....

Absolutely Disrespectful and Rude Service!

I had a terrible experience at Oasis Baklava in Patel Nagar. My mother and I visited the shop with our small, well-behaved puppy, and one of the employees rudely shouted at her to leave the store. We specifically asked the staff before entering and once the manager agreed, we entered the store.

There are far better ways to handle such situations if pets aren't allowed, but treating customers with such disrespect is completely unacceptable! The way my mother was spoken to was shocking, and it ruined what should have been a pleasant visit. I organised Birthday of my daughter in their new restaurant. It has surely created lot of memories for the whole family

All guests appreciated the taste of food which speaks a lot about quality of their chefs

Staff was very polite and courteous which even my parents appreciated. It was all perfect - ambience, decor, yummy cake and food.

Turkish ice-cream surprise was a catch for all guests. Whole team deserves a round of applause for creating wonderful memories by such successful family event.

Will surely recommend to my friends and relatives and I would also plan some more events in near future as this is the best place in Patel Nagar for...
