Hotel Royal Grand — Hotel in Delhi

My experience of royal grand hotel of 10 days, worst room service, please don’t even try to have tea, breakfast or dinner here. It may detrimental for your health. Kitchen staff members are fully unaware about using precautions while making food (unhygienic food). Moreover, worst taste of food and bread in breakfast, I don’t know which type of food oil they use but truly it can do severe health damages. Irrefutably, there is not any chance that you will get any positive feedback of your complaints. Because I tried many times. Hope hotel organisation will take this review genuinely and seriously by which, they can mitigate this issue as soon. Very poor service provided by Hotel Royal Grand . My experience For any room service you have to call multiple times. Just for drinking water I called 5-6 times & finally after 1 hour I got drinking water . Same issue with Cleaning shop , shampoo etc. Breakfast , for breakfast also you have to do 4-5 complaint atleast . Then it may possible they can provide a good breakfast.

Hotel is about 800 mtr from Patel Nagar Metro Station and nearest bus stop is east Patel Nagar. It contain a freezer in room with AC and fans available. Breakfast is free which contains paratha or puri with curd and vegetable tea or coffee is optional. Veg and non veg both items are present you can order according to your need.
