Dripping Dose — Restaurant in Delhi

Downsides: Expensive (not value for money at all) Unorganised (delay in orders and waiters not attending customers). I witnessed a dissatisfied customer having a word with their staff and complaining for various things. Food is not that great or may be I had more expectations as per reviews and ratings

Upsides: Ambience (pics speaks from themselves, I need not elaborate on this) Polite staff (but not organised as mentioned above)

What we ordered: (pics attached) herbivores platter-portion was not great, miniature pizza was tasteless, burger was average, fries and garlic bread were good, and regular nachos with dip! Iced cold coffee - personally I didn’t like the taste much but the presentation over dry ice was instagramable! Onion rings - they were oily and coating was missing on a few rings. Cappuccino - it was decent and presented well with hearts on top.

Conclusion: To sum it up it’s just a one time visit place for pics. I doubt if I’d visit again!

Visited the restaurant today and was quite disappointed with the service. I ordered chilli oil dim sums, prawn tempura sushi, and grilled chicken. I had specifically requested white creamy mushroom sauce instead of the brown sauce mentioned on the menu. I even asked the server to confirm it with the chef, which he said he did.

However, when the dish arrived, it was the brown sauce. When I pointed this out, the server was extremely rude and insisted I had only mentioned "mushroom sauce" — his tone was loud and disrespectful, which really soured the experience. The chef, on the other hand, was calmer and told us it would take 30 minutes to an hour to make the creamy version. Since we didn’t want to wait, we decided to pay for everything without touching the dish.

Strangely, while we were asking for the bill, the creamy sauce suddenly appeared — even though we had just been told it would take up to an hour. Overall, the food may be decent, but the lack of proper communication, rude staff behavior, and poor handling of a simple request left a bad impression. Not...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DON'T RECOMMEND!!! We had asked the bakery for a cake with "cream cheese" instead of normal cream. Actually had to confirm that 4 times, and the bakery with full confidence said they will provide a cream cheese cake. But we got a normal cream cake. Which was very very dissapointing. Secondly they were asked to write "happy 18th birthday" and then the name on top of the cake, and they failed to do that too. We had to resend the cake for it to be written and they returned the cake with a small hole in it. That was horrible too. Thirdly the service was very poor, whenever we call them they didn't respond properly and it seemed they were not really interested. Lastly the cake was ordered at 5 when we placed the order, it never came and they delayed it ito 6 o clock and surprisingly it didn't come then either. At last we got the cake around 7.
