Pick Fresh Fish — Local services in Delhi

I have been ordering from Pick Fresh Fish since 10 years now. Every now and then I face issue with mutton and mutton keema because of poor quality issues and foul smell. I ordered mutton yesterday and cooked it for 2.5 long hours on slow gas but mutton was not getting cooked. I complained to the shop staff regarding poor quality mutton and they asked to pack it for replacement. What they meant is that I give them my mutton cooked in ghee, curd and other expensive ingredients in replacement of another batch of poor quality meet. And all this happening when mutton is still on stove for 12th time for whistle. Why will I do that and how can they ask for my cooked mutton for replacement. Also you should be considerate of the fact that a customer who has been ordering regularly almost 3 times a week since 10 years won’t lie to you. Anyways my last order and last experience.
