Bad in taste, half cooked, it is all wastage of Money to order from Deez Biryani. deez की बिरयानी बहुत बेकार और बेस्वाद होता है, कच्चा बिरयानी Deez ने मुझे भेजा और इस मिली भगत में इनके साथ जोमाटो होता है, जोमाटो का कोई ऑफिस तो है नहीं, ये सिर्फ लोगों को लूटने का काम करते है। अगर इन से शिकायत करो तो जवाब मिलता है की - आपको बिरयानी का स्वाद ही नहीं मालूम है अब कोई पैसा वापस नहीं मिलेगा, कभी और आर्डर कर देना तो पैसा एडजस्ट हो हो जायेगा। डीज़ बिरयानी चोर है जो Zomato के साथ मिल के भी चोरी करता है। इसका मालिक भी बहुत बड़ा फ्रॉड है।

Worst possible customer service EVER. Ordered food online via zomato and after 2 hours of being told that food will arrive in 10 mins, they just stopped taking calls. HAd to call from a different number to trick them into answering. To top it all, the manager was horribly rude when confronted about the massive delay in delivery and using language not fit for a so-called fine dining place. Unacceptable behaviour and whether the food is good or not is irrelevant when the customer is made to feel as if it's his fault that the order has been delayed. Pathetic....

Recommend by my sister I tried their Lucknowi veg biryani. I opted for the small one. It consisted of long grain rice flavoured with various spices and herbs with paneer, veggies and soya chunks. It came in a mitti ki haandi with beautiful packaging. It was delivered hot as the steam was visible. Along with biryani, I received chopped onion rings and 2 types of chutneys as well. I loved the tasted and packaging too. Brownie points for timely...

Very bad experience. Didn't keep the promise of providing lunch at 12.45. Kept on saying since 12.45 that the delivery man is on his way. The food was actually delivered at 2.10. No spoon was provided. Food was also not that good. Very poor service....
