Urgent Review of My Recent Dining Experience about dining with cockroaches.

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent dining experience at your establishment.
On [3rd October 2023], I had the unfortunate experience of dining at your restaurant, and I must say it was far from pleasant. As I sat down to enjoy my meal (Paneer Takatak Tikka), I was shocked and appalled to discover cockroaches on my table and even roaming on the food that was served to me. This experience was not only unsanitary but also highly disturbing.
I believe it is my responsibility to bring this matter to your attention as a concerned customer. The presence of cockroaches in a dining area is not only a severe violation of health and safety standards but also a severe inconvenience to your patrons.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue:
Conduct a thorough inspection and pest control treatment of your premises to ensure the complete eradication of any pests.
Train your staff in proper hygiene and cleanliness protocols to prevent such incidents in the future.
Implement stringent quality control measures in your kitchen to guarantee the safety and hygiene of the food you serve.
Consider offering a refund or replacement meal as a gesture of goodwill for the distressing experience I encountered.(This was done by the owner but this gesture doesn't justify the unhygienic food being served)
I sincerely hope that you will take these matters seriously and promptly rectify the situation. I believe that with the right actions, your restaurant can regain its reputation for providing a safe and enjoyable dining experience.

They genraly not allowed Nepali people in bar. Few years ago I saw this type case in bar. Live music not available high volume songs play inside.
