An Experience with Dominos Pizza Rajouri Garden: Customer Service at Its Worst
I am compelled to share my recent experience with the restaurant, and suffice it to say, it was nothing short of a culinary horror story. If you're in the market for a pizza place with subpar service and an utter disregard for customer satisfaction, look no further.
I placed an order for 3 medium pizzas at 8:55 PM on 12th November 2023 through dominos app, and little did I know that it would be the beginning of a nightmarish ordeal.
Despite prepaying online, I waited for an excruciatingly long 2 hours without any updates on my order. Frantically attempting to contact the store for over 30 times to cancel, I was met with a consistently busy line. The lack of communication left me with no choice but to eat and retire for the night.
At 11 PM, the delivery person finally called to inform me he was en route. I explained that I had already eaten and requested the order be returned. The next morning, I discovered the app claimed the pizzas were delivered, contrary to the delivery person's assurance of a non-delivery status.
Seeking a refund, I contacted the manager, only to be met with an excuse that no refund could be issued. Instead, the offer of a repeat order was extended. Fast forward to 17th Feb 2023, when my attempt to place the repeat order turned into a Kafkaesque nightmare. The staff was unable to verify my order after multiple attempts, leaving me frustrated and desperate.
With guests at home and patience wearing thin, I visited the store in person, explaining my predicament to an indifferent staff. After an agonising wait, I finally received my order, feeling as though I had to beg for a service that should be convenient.
In conclusion, the purported convenient delivery service of the restaurant proved to be an exercise in frustration and endurance. Waiting for 2-3 hours for a food order is unacceptable, and the staff's reluctance to comprehend this basic fact is baffling. Despite all the tribulations, the pizzas managed to salvage a shred of the experience, but the bitter taste left by the restaurant manager and staff lingers on.
My advice: Unless you enjoy culinary adventures that test your patience and resolve, steer clear of Dominos Rajouri Garden. There are plenty of other establishments that understand the concept of timely and respectful...

The worst part? She kept insisting they had done nothing wrong, even when the mistake was clearly theirs. No apology, no accountability. I’ve never felt so humiliated at a restaurant in my life. A complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and courtesy.
Domino’s really needs to look into this outlet and especially the kind of people they hire as managers. This is not how you treat customers—especially regulars who come in with family, trusting a brand like Domino’s. Today’s experience made us feel like we had entered a third-class, untrained local food stall rather than an international pizza chain.
Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth the time, money, or the stress. There are plenty of better outlets and brands that actually care about their customers. I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent order. I had explicitly ordered vegetarian food, but to my shock and dismay, I was delivered non-vegetarian items instead.
Both my wife and I are strict vegetarians, and my wife is a Jain — our dietary restrictions are based on deep religious beliefs and sentiments. Consuming non-vegetarian food has caused us immense emotional distress and mental trauma, This experience has caused us significant mental agony and violation of our faith, and it raises serious concerns about the quality control and labeling practices at your outlet.
I urge Domino’s to treat this matter with the utmost seriousness and provide a better and appropriate resolution, including: A formal written apology from your company. Full refund of the order amount. Compensation for the emotional distress, mental suffering, and health impact caused to us due to your negligence.
Please acknowledge receipt of this email and let me know the next steps toward a satisfactory resolution. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I will be compelled to escalate it further to the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and, if necessary, to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for appropriate legal action.
