KFC — Restaurant in Delhi

I have ordered dining and they told me to order using self service machines we buy using card. I ordered there and the server was down. They knew it was down and told me to order anyway. Then when the machine was not working they told me to order mall and HAVE TO PAY AGAIN AS THE CARD PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED. As we were hungry we had to pay AGAIN. they said my card payment will be refunded on 24 hours BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED! I called and TARUN handled it and ensured I will get it in 2 days. This order was done by my friend it arrived pretty quick but once taking a bit the chicken was not perfectly cooked, so we went back and requested.
