I had a wonderful experience at The Belgian Waffle, Pacific Mall ! The staff here truly deserves a special mention they were extremely warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout. What impressed me most was how patiently they guided us with the menu and suggested the perfect waffle for us. Their recommendation turned out to be spot-on – the waffle was fresh, delicious, and absolutely worth it.

The presentation was lovely, the flavors were rich, and the portion was just right. The place has a cheerful vibe, and the staff’s enthusiasm really adds to the experience. It’s rare to find such genuine service along with great food, but this outlet manages to deliver both beautifully.

Highly recommend visiting this outlet if you’re at Pacific Mall not just for the mouthwatering waffles but also for the excellent service that makes you want to...

OMG...i have never felt that Ignored anywhere else....

The staff is so much occupied in personal gossips....i was standing at the counter for 5-6 min and the lady was not even bothering to take order...The worst and pathetic customer care service....will never go...

The waffles are amazing .. but the staff of this particular outlet (Pacific - Jasola Vihar) is so rude ..specially the cashier one ….he was such a rude man .. he didn’t even know how to handle the customers .. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS...
