FLY bar — Restaurant in Delhi

Useless bar and restaurant. On 16th august at night between 10pm to 11pm fire broke out on 1st floor. we were having family function atThird floor around 40persons including senior citizens, ladies and small children. All their staff ran away after locking the restaurant from outside and that too without informing us. Suddenly we saw heavy smoke on our floor. We started shouting save save but no one came to our rescue. Nothing was visible. We broke window glasses and smoke started coming from outside also since fire was at 1st floor. They switched off the main supply so nothing was visible. After struggling for 45 minutes, With the help of mobile light we could find staircase after break open the door otherwise we all could have died. This restaurant is without DMC approval. How they run without permission. we urge Delhi CM and HM to take strict action against the owner and govt, agencies and put them behind the bar who allowed them to run it illegally. I urge all Delhi walas not to visit this restaurant and join us so that this restaurant is seized and closed forever. So that what happened with us is not repeated with anyone. On 16th August 2022, me and my whole family were celebrating birthday of one of our family member, suddenly at 9:30 P.M. the electricity of the restaurant was called off. Then the staff told us that fire broke out in the previous building, so all the guests rushed towards the fire exit, but the management told us to go from the front side, and then when we went through the front side,the door was locked from the 2nd floor. We were stuck in between, then we went back towards the restaurant & the staff ran away from the back door locking us in the restaurant itself,all the guests were scared and then we broke the window from the front side,for some air ventilation & we asked for help from the people outside by throwing crockery, sandals etc. but there was no help from the public,instead of helping us, public was making videos. Then suddenly one person came from the back side(i.e. fire exit), so that we all could escape from the incident. By god’s grace all the members are now safe.
