Giani's Ice Cream Parlour is a delightful gem that offers a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary flavors. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed and eager to return.
Ice Cream Quality: The selection of flavors at Giani's is extensive and diverse. They offer everything from beloved classics like vanilla and chocolate to unique creations like paan and black currant. I tried the Belgian chocolate and mango, both of which were exceptionally creamy and flavorful. The ingredients tasted fresh and of high quality, which made each bite a pleasure.
Service: The staff at Giani's were welcoming and efficient. Despite the parlour being quite busy, the service was prompt and attentive. The staff were knowledgeable about the various flavors and were happy to offer samples, helping me make the perfect choice.
Extras: Giani's also boasts an array of delightful extras, including sundaes, shakes, and freshly made waffle cones. I indulged in a sundae with hot fudge and nuts, which was beautifully presented and delicious. The waffle cones are a must-try—crispy and perfectly complementing the creamy ice cream.
Ambiance: The parlour has a bright and cheerful ambiance with modern decor. It’s clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment to enjoy your ice cream. There is ample seating both indoors and outdoors, making it a great spot for a casual hangout or a family outing.
Value for Money: Given the quality and variety, the prices at Giani's are very reasonable. The portions are generous, ensuring you get great value for your money.
Overall, Giani's Ice Cream Parlour offers an exceptional ice cream experience. With its high-quality offerings, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere, it’s a place I highly recommend to anyone looking to indulge in some delicious ice cream. Whether you’re a traditionalist or an adventurous eater, Giani's has something to...
Read moreI ordered a mini brownie sundae online and to my utter surprise it turned out to be a sundae without an ice cream! I was surprised that a leading ice cream parlour like gianis did not know the meaning of a sundae.
But it didn't end here. The mini sundae(ice cream less) showed Rs 95 on the menu. However, when I proceeded to check out, I was given three "options" of toppings to select from (nuts, chocolate sauce, and caramel). But there was a catch, I couldn't opt not to select any of the toppings, I couldn't even opt to select any one or two of the toppings, I had to mandatorily select all three in order to complete the payment!!
Each topping cost rs 25, therefore, rs 75 was added to the initial cost of rs 95. The total cost of the "sundae" came to rs 200. However when I received the order I was a cute little brownie with some nuts on it and some chocolate sauce staring at me. There was no sign of ice cream. I had ended up paying 200 rs for a rectangular piece of...
