Terrible Experience at Xero Degree, Malviya Nagar – Avoid at All Costs!

I had the worst experience at Xero Degree, Malviya Nagar. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed completely disinterested in serving customers and had an arrogant attitude when asked about basic things.

The food was just as bad as the service. I ordered a spaghetti dish that was supposed to be thick and creamy, but they served something that looked like soup—completely watery and unappetizing. To make matters worse, I ordered dumplings that were supposed to come with mayonnaise, but they kept denying it and instead demanded ₹40 extra for it. This is just an example of their cheap tactics to overcharge customers.

Overall, a horrible experience—bad food, worse service, and a total waste of money. I would never recommend this place to anyone! There are much better restaurants nearby that actually care about...

Worst service at Xero Degree, Malviya Nagar. I have been to many outlets for the same but this is the worst experience till date that I had at Xero Degree. The food was good as usual but the service is 0/10. There was NO RUSH at the outlet and the following happened : Basic necessities like tissues, spoon, fork, ketchup were not present at the table and had to be asked. Spoon and fork were of plastic / something like that. ( NOT SS ) Food was served without the serving plates and serving spoon. ( I mean how can someone probably just put the food and expect you to eat without any utensils ). The waiter brought a normal spoon for servings pasta and said this is multipurpose spoon. We had to wait for a lot of time for each item. We were denied the order of a medium pizza and had to order LARGE only.

Seriously @xero degree should look into this...

I went at this place with my family and ordered the following :-

Margherita pizza (medium) Nutella Waffle Peri peri zinger burger veg Classic cold coffee Peach ice tea.

Got the ice tea, cold coffee and pizza within 10 mins of order but got the burger and waffle after a wait of 25-30 mins and multiple follow ups with multiple staff people. At last, after raising the concern to the manager Mr. Kailash finaly got the burger and waffle.

No doubt the food was good (except the burger) but very poor service for this outlet. I would strongly recommend if you are hungry, please don't visit this place and expect a quick delivery as these folks are not that quick with their service and can waste your time to give you food which you have ordered.
