Gujrati Namkeen & Bakers — Restaurant in Delhi

We had booked some items for delivery for someone in Delhi on 12th Feb for delivery on 13th but they never sent it. Eventually when we followed up on 19th, the lady wasnt ready to listen at all. She said she had already done the porter where as if she had, we would have got some notification so we could track.

Now she is arguing on phone that we should have followed up on time - which is fair, but doesn't mean if we dont follow up timely the delivery never happens!

Since the items never reached, cant comment on taste but basis this experience with them, I dont recommend you all to place order or ensure you are calling them every hour to check on your parcel.

Such unprofessional behaviour!

Update: 1:17pm The lady calls and is upset about the review and is shouting and saying - "ye kya batameezi hai". Is is saying they are willing to refund so why did I post the review? And also said the order was for 1k so why was there a need for review.

Reviews are supposed to be actual representation of what happened and this is exactly that. If and once I get the refund, I'll update the refund was received.

So I used to order Dabeli,Dhokla,Bhel etc and I loved the taste. This restaurant is around 11 km from my house and also I hadn't their food for long time so I decided to visit the shop to have dabeli, vada pav, sevpuri and bhel but the behavior of the owner who was a specy boy was obnoxious like when I asked for 1 piece of dabeli and vada pav each he said that he can't give and can give 2 piece each in a rude manner but since I was damn hungry I agreed. Then I asked for extra chutney in different bowl he said he can't give if required will give in the same plate that too little bit. And the quality was not that great which he served earlier. Bhel and Sevpuri was also pathetic. Concludingly I'll say not to visit here bcoz it's way inside the kamla nagar market and are parking issues also, 4 wheeler can't enter here.
