Haldiram's - Pacific Mall — Restaurant in Delhi

The behavior of the staff in Haldirams, Pacific Mall food court, Shahibabad, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR is totally unacceptable. This was my 3rd encounter with them and day by day their service is getting worse. First of all, they take at least 15 minutes to simply put Dal makhani over rice (in a Dal makhani rice bowl). Everything was hot and ready but the staff was way too busy gossiping as always. I asked them that please give my order faster as I was getting late for my movie show but all they said that ‘Bill kaha hain apka’ and the bill was submitted 10 minutes before by me. Then they went to taste paneer tikka and THE WHOLE STAFF including the cashier (except one guy) went inside the kitchen to taste paneer tikka while they were enjoying their paneer tikka party, I was waiting at the counter and the other customer was waiting on the cash counter to give the order. Then they took another 8-9 minutes to provide me with 2 slices of onion and the only guy who was not in the paneer tikka party offered me tomatoes instead of onions which I refused. The manager is requested to check the camera footage of 13th Oct 2023, 5:55 PM. It is requested to take strict action against the employees because every time I visit this particular outlet, a new issue happens to me.
