IRCTC - FOOD TRACK — Restaurant in Delhi

Worst Haldiram I have ever been to.

I ordered raj kachori, they put raw potatoes in it which were hard and not boiled properly, mooth dal was also raw and hard, they did not have plate to serve food like other Haldiram restaurant and served me raj kachori in a takeaway box.

I asked to see the manager to submit my feedback, he said I will provide you with a new raj kachori to which I replied that you'll use the same frozen potatoes that are not cooked properly, he said I'll boil New potatoes which will take another 20-30 mins to prepare i refused it as it would have taken another hour of my time to prepare new raj kachori.

Also I observed unprofessional behaviour by the restaurant staff with another uncle who ordered pav bhaji and for 30 mins he didn't get any update, when he asked for it, the staff member ignored him and did not...

The best place for food restaurants is near platform no. 16 of New Delhi station and here you will get very good food restaurant options like Haldiram's, KFC, Nazeer Foods etc.

Whenever I go out, I always try this food here and I want to share some recommendations with you. Whenever you go here, you must try this food.
