KFC — Restaurant in Delhi

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I would like to inform that I had a very BAD experience in KFC Jankpuri Outlet. I have visited your outlet yesterday. I have ordered One Veg Zinger Burger with scheme 1+1 free offer.My Bill No is 6870(Vineet V) Chk 8386 29 Jan’14 22:08(BBW/86.1717) I had given Rs.500 & take a balance cash & order was take away because my wife waiting outside in the car. They have packed our food & given to me. I was not checked that time. After one minute I have opened this pack of your food my wife said this not a veg Zinger. Then I have again visit your outlet & said that this not I have ordered & they said that Veg Zinger is not available & stop by our company & that’s why we have given you Some New Veg Zinger burger. Which I have clearly mention please give us Veg Zinger which amount of Rs. 116/-.If you have not Veg. Zinger then why you take ordered from our side. My wife has taken a one bite & said this is totally cool & all toppings or sausage are missing. Only Aloo Tikki with in burger they delivered. Then I have visited again your outlet but that time that person who take order he was missing & another person stand there. I have asked them who is incharge or manager he said that he is not here yet. I want to show your manager what your guy’s are delivered to us. Then I throw your New Veg Zinger Burger in Dustbin. I request to you please take vigilance your outlet to make sure your outlet giving quality or not. Best...

Very bad experience. My son has to go to toilet ,so went in the complex and discovered the the bathroom has a lock with limited access ,mean either by password or by card from any shop where you are eating,I went back at KFC and asked for same ,after asking several times they told me to wait as somebody is using same, but to my great surprise card was inside and when two of their employee has nature call, they took it out and ask me to follow,okay I said to myself let my family has some thing to eat I ordered and the billing person handed over the bill and change to me and ask to wait for 2minutes ,I waited for 15 minutes but the counter was deserted and same billing person is cleaning the tables, my son recognised him and asked him kitni der lagagi bhaiya, then he promptly come over the counter where I was waiting and started picking trays and all I was shocked he had not washed his hand ,I asked him to do so then he did no body from staff seems qurious and not asked me if anything goes wrong.I filled the feedback from ,then the person alarmed and started asking me what went wrong. I sincerely ask everybody to point out such issues with these money guzzlers, who are feeding us in a same way as a roadside vendor. Let them know we are watching and let them realise why we are paying more,for quality, sanitary and for assurance that we are eating good food. Horrible place janakpuri cine...

This KFC is located in a very shaby area. First of all you won't be able to find it unless you previously know this place around and even if you ask someone they'll be like it's located in back. Me and friends had to roam 15 minutes just to find this outlet. Out of all the KFC outlet o have ever paid visit, this was the most dull looking outlet. The banners weren't well lit, the outlet didn't had any poster or display banner at various places in building to guide people. The in-store experience was even worst, the tables weren't properly cleaned, handwash room wasn't well fitted. I was feeling like I have come to a 3rd class place instead of KFC. Also this KFC doesn't have in-store toilet, one of my friends had to go to toilet and we got to know that the toilet is a bit seperated from KFC store and is digitally locked to open it you need card from the store we went back to store counter and asked for card to enter the toilet, they were like we don't have card. I ignore all of these and then ordered myself but to my surprise neither me nor my friends found it juicy and fresh. Instead of the chicken the cracky part on the top of chicken was tasty. Not sure how are they managing their stocks, was it even fresh or what. KFC must look in this store and figure out what is going on. Even the store manager need to improve a lot of things.
