KFC — Restaurant in Delhi

We came to KFC Paharganj and we experienced like we are not even having the food on a road side dhaba bcoz A Dhaba also don't do such things that i experienced. So, Let me share the incident with you :- I placed the order somewhere around 10 45 on 27/09/2023 and exactly at 11 o clock at night suddenly ac stopped working and lights are off. When i asked the manager over there then they told me that it auto cuts at 11 pm and seriously this was a shameful moment to us as i brought my friends out for my birthday treat and they laughed at me for this . No restaurant in my life i ever seen that there is an auto cut and the guest was literally eating with the help of Flashlights . This was the experience i got from this store and even the manager was useless that the customer is sitting and eating and he was like we can't switch on the lights. This is more worst restaurant than any road side thela. The money i spent was for my shame and if you treat all your customers like this so i request you to please shut down these types of store or hire some good managers who really cares for the Guest as we are only one who are providing you any business. I want the Kfc team to take strict action against this or i will highlight this experience all over social media and let the Co-founder knows how his brand is serving their guests.

I wish i had taken my friends out somewhere in CP at Jain Chawal atleast they dont ask much money for AC and Lights , they only ask for what they give on...

I am writing to report a serious issue I experienced after consuming food from your outlet. I ordered and ate food from your branch located at UG Floor, Plot No. 1, Desh Bandhu Gupta Rd, Bazar Sangatrashan, Chuna Mandi, Paharganj, New Delhi, Delhi 110055, India on 25th April 2025, and within a short time, I began experiencing severe vomiting.

I suspect this may be due to food poisoning, as I had not consumed any other food that day. The experience was extremely distressing and significantly impacted my health.

I request that your team investigate this matter urgently to ensure that proper food safety and hygiene standards are being maintained. I would also appreciate an update on the actions taken in response to this complaint.

Kindly take this matter seriously, as incidents like this can greatly damage customer trust...

Chicken krisper is supposed to be one single piece of chicken but due to shortage of chicken patty they cut the patty into small pieces and try to make burger out of it which costs me almost 230 rs for burger which I will recommend not to eat from this place. Also the cash machine was not working and they don’t have UPI as well . I don’t think this is acceptable from the big brands like KFC . On duty manager was aslo there when this incident happen named Shahrukh and aslo the cashier lady know about this burger thing as I went to give complaint about it and she started to smile . So I really think people are paying such decent amount for the burger so they need to get the same quality.

Please look into such outlets and don’t let the brand image fall...
