Sai ki Rasoi Pure Veg And Family restaurant — Restaurant in Delhi

The quantities vary for different people. Our quantities for curd rice, tomoto and lemon rice were too small. When we asked we are told they serve like that only. The next table ordered Veg pulao and the quantity was more than double and two adults shared. We brought it to the notice of the owner (the guys who ordered pulao also supported our argument). She said she will check the camera and come back. After 10min, she insisted that she will check later and talk to her staff. We asked what about us. She said you have to pay and since we may not come again, she doesn't care. She alluded that she is only concerened about repeated customers and also started blaming South Indians of their poor Hindi so that her staff didn't understand the order. So she is completely fixed on whatever quantity and taste she servers South Indians she can get away with it. Cheating to the core.

You wont get the food as you ordered (they lie saying that lemon rice is basically tomoto rice with lemon sprinkled on it). And the oil was too much that we could not eat any at the end.

Doesnt look hygenic (they only clean the tables once the owner is around).

I would give 0 stars to this restaurant for the amount of cheating...

Let me tell you all these Google reviews are fake. This guy totally relies on local guides. The moment you enter Paharganj local people will start asking you, are you a tourist? Want a place to stay? and will lead you to their commission specific hotel. Sai hotel and restaurant is one such hotel. If you read most of the reviews on Google you will notice that most of them are from local guides. Their food quality is purely poor. I even found scrub bar’s fragments floating in my daal two times even though he was serving it in disposable plates, and the owner and his wife are really NOT honest and kind people. I paid him the bill to deliver the food and he sent me the normal plate and deducted money for the deluxe plate. When I refused to pay the extra money he threatened me and because I am a woman and was worried about myself in a strange place so I had to pay him the extra money which he asked. He is so proud of his Google reviews that he always starts his any sentence or argument by saying that read our Google reviews(fake reviews). Taste was ok, but owner' behaviour was just horrible, I just asked for Shahi paneer which is cost 70/- but he's denied they don't have, he suggests me for lakhnavi paneer which is cost 150/-, mid of my meal someone coming and asked to him for Shahi paneer he's accept his order and after I paid the bill and again I just asked for Shahi paneer he told me yes it's available then i told him whenever i asked for shahi paneer why did you denied then he's just making excuses about for shahi paneer' taste, my main concern is that this is not way to making money, be faithful to your customers and make people' belive they will come again to you , Give to customer what they actually want .. they're just looting people's make them foolish, never recommend for these type of cheaters (Sai ki rasoi, Paharganj,delhi) to anyone, after this incident I'm just aware to people for avoid these type of cheaters still those who wants to go they can go... this behaviour is just disappointing & unacceptable...
