I recently visited KFC with my kids, and it was a pathetic experience. The restaurant had only one billing counter operational, leading to a massive queue and a 30-minute wait just to place our order. When we finally reached the counter, they informed us that they were out of most items and reluctantly offered a limited menu.

The staff at the cash counter was rude and unresponsive, ignoring customers and showing no willingness to listen to our concerns. The manager was nowhere to be found, and it took another 20 minutes to process our order.

To make matters worse, we were already seated and enjoying our meal when the lights suddenly went out. The whole experience was highly annoying and frustrating.

This was our last visit to this KFC location, and we will never return, even if it's the last KFC on earth. We would rather eat from a street vendor outside than give this place another...
