Kullhad Chai — Restaurant in Delhi

Recently found this cute shop which serves amazing kulhad chai. Had 1) Kullhad chai - As the name says the tea is seved in kullhad made by mud. The tea consisted of elaichi, sauth, saunf ,ginger. The tea was not too milky or too strong it has this perfect balance, loved the taste of it. 2) Tandoori chai - It's a different concept as the kullhad is kept in tandoor and the chai is boiled in kullhad which gives the tea an amazing tandoori flavour. The tea was not too sweet or bitter it had normal ginger and elaichi taste with tandoori flavour. The tandoori chai is served after 5 p.m. in evening, It costed for 40 Rs for one cup. Really like their tea as they have a nice taste, the tea is not too sweet has a nice flavour and is very soothing too. The cost is nominal too and the staff is very polite. Kullhad chai is a place, that I couldn't stop but write about them. With a group of 6-7 friends, I was able to take a hands of flavour of a lot of variety (what else a foodie wants 😉) To start off, bella fusion(amazing drink) took my 1st breath, with bad throat, I could have it full, and that one sip left me with craving for having it more, may be nxt time. Tandoori chai was not at all worth trying, but mint and masal tea were treat for tea lovers. Cold coffee was good, thick, strong and bit less sugary. Pudina neebu pani was good too. Coming to food, palak chat was new, healthy and great in taste, ghee roast dosa was perfect, crispyness, consistency and taste. Visited this small yet amazing outlet yesterday for some tasty snacks and tea and it was an amazing experience. Prices are economical and quantity as well as taste is quite good of all the items😇.

This is what I tried here:

-Kesar elaichi chai : Served in a small pot glass, the taste was very good, this was the perfect refreshment, we had this twice 😋.

-Bun samosa chatpata: I really like the crunchy inside filling of this item.

-Rawa paneer masala dosa: Good quantity, nice stuffed with veggies and paneer, most importantly it was served with delicious sambhar.

-Southy fusion pakoda : With chai the best snack is always some hot pakodas, they tasted so perfect 😋.

-Pav bhaji: The bhaji was loaded with pieces of paneer, bhaji gravy was tasty and is a wonderful snack option.
