When I asked the waiter to remove it, he said he can't remove it because it is mandatory if someone books a table through an online platform. Isn't that weird? I mean don't they know that there is a clear court order that restaurants cannot charge service tax at their own will. It is voluntary, not mandatory. I am sure they are aware of it but they are behaving unethically. It is against consumer rights for establishments to force customers to pay service charges. No one forced you to put your business on platforms like Swiggy or Zomato. You do it for your own growth. I recently visited this place for dinner . When I entered I thought it would be a very good place and food was also good according to the reviews I have gone through . But I didn’t expected that my experience will go like this . I have ordered paneer lababdar and breads . Paneer lababdar was not at all good . It was just like someone has just put raw pieces of paneer in a little bit sauce . I can’t say gravy to that . Usually paneer lababdar contains good amount of gravy but it was just opposite . Breads size is small . Breads were not appropriate bake from some sides after saying that I want crispy breads .
