Momo's Point — Restaurant in Delhi

I just love this place. I don’t think any place serves momos as good as this place. And momos are so soft. And have a good amount of stuffing. I have tried all their varieties of momos and many other items like different noodles, manchurian, red thai curry, veg fried rice, pasta pizza etc. I have never in my last 4 years been disappointed with any food item. Food is also served quickly. That is another plus point. The service has always been good . The drinks are also amazing of this place and need to be talked about. Be it the mojitos or the shakes , everything is amazingly well balanced and not over sweetened like some places do . As far as area of improvement is concerned , they have just one washroom, so maybe they could add a couple more somehow. That would be really nice as customers won’t have to wait for their turn. Also, I would advise people not to rinse your mouth from their tap water because it contains some very weird taste and your taste buds will be spoiled after having their delicious food . Also, last time i visited, spice level in chicken momos was a little on the higher side. I hope they would get it down and bring the taste back as it used to be. Other than this, no other negative point crosses my mind. Instead I would like to add that the food here is not heavy. I eat a lot here and after that I don’t feel bloated or lazy or tired. This place is good for vegetarians. Non-vegetarians need to be aware if they’re eating spoiled chicken. Me and my sister went there few days back and ordered chilly chicken, chilly potato and momos. Chilli chicken was soo smelly and tasted ridiculous. It was stale. We asked the waiter to change the dish or cancel it. He said that they’re making a fresh one and will serve it. He brought the dish but it was same, the taste and smell, just a bit crispy and few extra pieces of the fresh ones. We realised that there’re trying to fool us and my sister complained about it to the manager. His reply was “ hum Toh mam fresh he laate h ab Ptanh aapko aise kyun lag rha h!” This response of his clearly showed how much he cared about his customer’s satisfaction. Clearly he was not bothered. So we paid our bill for what we ate and left.

I’m only sharing my story bcz I do not want people to go through what we went through. These cafés, restaurants etc re-cook the same spoiled food and serve it as new , claiming that they’ve changed it etc.
