Mystical Bundle — Restaurant in Delhi

For past more then 2 years. I always order cakes..cupcakes for every occasions from here,be it my family members birthdays, my frnds bdays.mother's day n list goes on..U guys were my all time fav,n I recommended everyone to order from here..But I am very much dissapointed dis time.so much that I would never ever order anything from here again..I ordered chocolate raspberry cake yesterday for my frnd bday along with 6 cupcakes n I instructed them to deliver by 9pm which they agreed to it and even spoke with the guy and told him properly wen to deliver..msg on the cake n everything..But to much dissapointment cake was not even delivered till 10;30.I had to call again n again,the guy who handles all dis cakes orders confidently told me that it is out for delivery .so kpt on waiting almost an hour and its a walking distance from my place,hardly takes 5mints(i was out of town or else I would have gone n bought the cake by own) and finally they delivered arnd 11 pm..Even before that I confirm whether thy have mentioned happy bday msg,he said they did(First lie cus there was no msg on the cake) and I asked why it was delayed n the same guy told me-Mam delivery person was there near ur gate n waited for 30mints(2nd lie) so I asked them y didn't he called if he was there for 30mints..then he started giving another useless n stupid excuses...And about the cake -It was sour horrible n terrible ..I won't recommend to anyone . On the eve of my brother's birthday I forgot to buy a cake for him on my way back home .. hence with handful of options left I had to call Mystical Bundle. I normally do not opt for a new option when I have to buy something with sentimental values, I had no choice.I called and booked the cake and told them to get it done in 30 mins as I have to leave . I booked a banana nutella delight my brother's favourite. Fresh from the oven with aromas of delicious cream and flavours I opted for. The designs was more an art then just any edible cake they have in the market. I knew in my heart the way it looks the way it smells my brother is going to love it . Back home I got compliments for my excellent choice of cake . The sponge was very firm the the cream melts in the mouth with flavour busting with every bite. I thanks Mystical Bundle for making it special for me and my younger brother. I regret most of the cake was wasted for...

I have given 1 star because 0 stars is not an option... You read the reviews and expect some mindblowing desserts but let me tell you.. THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU GET! I had a really bad craving for some blueberry cheesecake and decided to prder from mystical bundle after reading the reviews. I paid 250 bucks for 2 really small and thick biscuits topped with supposedly creamcheese and blueberry compote( read blueberry jam that was there to make it even more sad) Frankly, I would like a refund. The delivery was way before time and now I know why.. because they did not care how they deliver it.. I recieved 2 thrown around turned over lame cheesecakes that too without a receipt. The taste was bad..infact HORRIBLE. I can actually make better cheesecake at home. Bad delivery, bad portion, HORRIBLE AND SAD TASTE!! I would recommend NOT TO...
