Sanjay Chur Chur Naan — Restaurant in Delhi

We all love Chur Chur Naan.... Everybody has their own version of it, their own way of serving it & their favorite places to have this dish. I on my trip to Delhi asked many people about one must visit place for Chur Chur Naan.... One name that came from everywhere was Sanjay Chur Chur Naan Vala ..... Some locals said that it is as good & true to taste as it's hype whereas some belive that it was just a hype & way to crowdy place to get a good of anything. I visited the main branch i.e located just Under Moolchand Metro Station... This particular placeattracts a good amount of crowd & online orders. They even have a separate counter just for online delivery portals. The place was packed. After enquiring over the counter as to what is their best option they suggested Mixed Paneer Chur Chur Naan... It was served with Raita, Paneer Veg, Dal Makhani, Chole & some onions. The naan was unlike any other I have had. It was loaded with fillings, the butter was spread heavily & the taste & aroma of it was just awesome. This was the best Chur Chur Naan I have tasted yet. I also had their Lemonade which was also very good. The total meal costed me INR 220. The only thing to be disliked about this place is they serve so much food in one order like 3 vegetables & raita. I saw many people just dumping the remaining which was a considerable amount in dustbin. I couldn't tell them that as they were too busy handling orders. A well-known place for paranthas / naans in Moolchand, Delhi. First of all, let me clear one point that they don't serve paranthas, they only serve Naans (made from maida). Most people get confused whether they serve paranthas or naans or both. If you love tandoori chur chur / stuffed naans, and craving for one, then this is surely one of the best places to visit.

They serve a wide variety of Naans, chhaach, lassi, flavoured lassi, and kulfis also.

A few naans which I tried :-

Aloo Pyaaz Naan The stuffing of aloo and pyaaz is great, the naans are perfectly tandoored and crispy. Must try.

Paneer Pyaaz Naan I will not say its the best, but definitely a good one to try. Quantity of paneer stuffing is great.

Amul Cheese Naan This is one of their speciality, and this cheese naan is rare to find. It is quite unique and so good. Definitely a must try if you visit here.

Mix Veg Naan This naan has a mixed stuffing containing aloo, paneer, Gobhi, peas, corns, etc. It was good, but not that great as compared to others. So, this can be skipped.

All the naans are served hot, along with dal makhani, chhole, and raita which are also good.

The naans are well accompanied by sweet lassi. So we tried Sweet Lassi, Mango Lassi, Butterscotch Lassi and Kesar Pista Lassi. I found Mango and Butterscotch lassi the best.

After all this meal, we decided to have kulfi in desserts. So tried Kesar Pista matka kulfi and Paan matka kulfi. The kulfi were not good at all. They used so much of added flavours. So, I will suggest not to have kulfis and better have mango lassi as...

It was in my bookmarks from very long and really wanted to visit this place. Finally I got a chance as I was around this area and decided that I have to go and try Chur Chur Naan.

Location is excellent, it’s just below Lajpat Nagar Metro station and has plenty of parking space.

They have an excellent service system to cater everyone on first come first basis. Firstly you have to pay at cash counter and get the receipt which will have a token number. Order will be sent to kitchen automatically and server will announce your number to pick up your plate.

I ordered Paneer Chur Chur naan plate. Somehow I had presumption in my mind that it will be same naan as we get at every other place because of huge crowd they were serving. But I was wrong, Naan was really crispy with lot of flavors and was totally opposite to image I had in my mind m, also the Dal as served with it was really good.
