SGF Restaurant — Restaurant in Delhi

I ordered a thali ( rajma, roti raita) Which was served after 48 minutes, with uncooked rajma, hard enough to cut it with spoon as well.

I showed same to the owner his response was “ sir thoda bht uncooked h khane me koi nuksaan ni h khaa skte ho” you guys are using Pre cooked rajmas still can’t cook it properly and taking 45 minutes. Many customers leave without taking their orders because owner asked them to repeat the order as his staff forgot, after waiting for 50 minutes.

I don’t know why SGF is selling their name tag without any inspection what’s reality of the outlet.

I ordered a paneer from them along with rumali roti… first disappointment was the extremely late delivery and finally when I got the food and opened the package, this was all that they sent. Completely burnt chunks of paneer. When I called them to complain and shared the video of the food as they asked, instead of accepting the fault and doing something else the contact person arrogantly said that this is not burnt.. just properly cooked. I mean anyone can even judge from the attached screenshot that this is completely burnt. I dont know how come they are running this outlet.
