I had an incredibly frustrating experience I placed an order at 9:32 PM, and after waiting for almost 2 hours, my order was cancelled by the restaurant at 11:12 PM with no explanation.

To make matters worse, their team claimed the delivery partner tried contacting me, but I received no calls. I’ve provided proof of my call logs, yet there has been no resolution. It seems like once you prepay, they don't care about proper service or customer communication.

Their service has been a nightmare—no updates, no attempts to contact me, and ultimately no refund or compensation for the inconvenience. Very unprofessional, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I will not be ordering from this...
