We ordered a special veg thali and a non-veg thali for the family, but it turned into a nightmare. Midway through the meal, we discovered a dead fly (mari hui makkhi) floating right in the veg thali! It was absolutely disgusting and a major health hazard. When we called over the staff to complain, their response was shockingly dismissive—they kept saying "aisa ho nahi sakta" (this can't happen) as if we were making it up. No apology, no immediate replacement, and zero concern for customer safety. The manager barely acknowledged the issue and tried to brush it off.
