Subko lives up to its reputation when it comes to coffee. As a group of five coffee enthusiasts, we sampled a variety of brews—iced and hot—and each one delivered in depth and flavor. The coffee here is clearly the hero, and it's evident that a lot of thought goes into the sourcing and brewing. That said, the prices are definitely on the premium end, which would’ve been more justifiable if the food held up equally well. We tried the Spanish Frittata, Sidecar Am Banger, and Avocado Toast—each well-executed in taste, but the portions were underwhelming. Most egg dishes came with a single, small slice of sourdough, which just doesn’t cut it, especially for what they charge. The space has a decent vibe, and for coffee purists or those who enjoy discovering unique flavor notes, Subko is worth a visit. But if you’re looking for a filling brunch experience alongside your brew, you might leave a bit unsatisfied. A solid one-time visit, mainly...

I went here after my incredible experience at Subko Mumbai. It was extremely disappointing. The server instead of giving me a specified time to wait and get a table, insisted that I take my coffee to go. I think he was a sidecar bar staff from his jersey, a thin not so (gentle)man with glasses. He was adamant that even in the next 20-30 minutes, no table would be available. He also mentioned that everyone sitting there having their coffee just sat down before I came and they'll therefore get up later. It was such a sour experience and I will not recommend anyone to go here. He was condescending in this demeanor, I myself come from the service industry having spent some time working with luxury hotels and me and my friend both were made to feel that we did not belong there.

P.S. - You can not apparently leave reviews on Zomato for Subko at Sidecar, would be interesting to know...

Title: A Coffee Lover's Haven in GK

Rating: 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Review: Subko in GK is an absolute gem of a coffee shop! From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the ambiance, design, and branding - everything was truly out of this world. And let's not forget the main attraction: the coffee. Each sip was a delight, perfectly crafted to tantalize the taste buds.

But what truly sets Subko apart is their exceptional staff. In particular, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sonika, who not only exuded warmth and friendliness but also showcased an impressive knowledge of their diverse coffee and chocolate offerings. Her recommendations truly enhanced my experience, making my visit unforgettable.

Whether you're a coffee aficionado or simply looking for a cozy spot to unwind, Subko in GK is the place to be. I can't...

Subko is a speciality coffee shop at Sidecar with beautiful ambience and atmosphere. They are the newest player in the speciality coffee market. We had ordered an iced mocha and two pour overs, all three drinks were made to perfection. The beans we tried for pour over were amazing! Special mention to Sonika, who spent significant time with us to educate about coffee. Absolutely loved the fact that the baristas and the staff possess immense knowledge about coffee! They also serve great chocolates!

Yayy, Subko finally opened in Delhi. I have been to their flagship store on Chapel Road in Bandra, Mumbai and have been a fan since then. Tried their Speciality coffee, Arnold Palmer and trust me, it didn’t disappoint. Hoping for more outlets to open in NCR, especially in Gurgaon. Also, would love to try their baked goodies and food menu, similar to the one in Mumbai outlets. All the best, Subko for your journey in Delhi NCR.
