The China Kitchen — Restaurant in Delhi

Stop calling it an authentic chinese , it is desi chinese. It is overloaded with sauces and spices thus comparison with chinese food would be a total letdown. Comparing their food with other desi chinese outlets would be justified. I tried noodles which were very thin and dry, and drumsticks were overloaded with the sauce hence the taste was sour and more sweet. You can get pretty decent momos at other local outlets than what they offer. The dips are not tasty at all. Quantity is very good for the price, but the taste is not great at all, they need to work on their recipes to create the magic, i tried chilli chkn gravy and dry, chkn manchurian, drumsticks, fried rice and noodles, it was a waste of their efforts and my money, they need to add some ingredient that brings out the real chinese flavour in their food, it was almost bland, cud only taste the chilli in the drumsticks no other flavour. I wish they would work a little harder on...
