Venus Dhaba — Restaurant in Delhi

Although they have increased their rates by almost 150% in the last 5 years but still nothing beats Venus the Dhaba when it comes to ghar-jaisa khana. Only people living outside can appreciate the food. Have been eating there since 2006 and never got bored. I have met people who have been eating there for 20 years. Venus has been there since the early 60's and has been delivering some awesome home-like vegetarian food since then. Good food. Infact very good food in Patel Nagar. It has been recently renovated. Now it's look has been completely changed and I just like it. Onion paneer Parantha are quite delicious. You may also try rajma here. Which too is quite good. It's thali is also good. Regular paneer sabjis like kadai paneer, paneer butter masala etc are not upto the mark.

The best part is It's quite affordable here. Although they have increased the prizes by a bit after renovation.

Very bad experience in this dhaba, reception- bad, worker- not good behavior with customers. This should have to be closed, worker saying if you even took extra dal, for Chahal remaining in your plate, than you have to pay extra...vulgar experience.....worker very badly talking to customer.....iam degrading even food not fresh, may be 4,5 days before...
