The Best ever Hotel I have ever visited. Seriously the way they had given us the service is the best of all till now. The hotel is near the gomti river and dwarkadhish temple. The temple is hardly 5 mins walking distance away. Will definitely talk about this hotel in detail. Rooms - the rooms are spacious and clean. The service was fantastic. On any requirement the room service was available within the minute. The King size bed was provided as we were staying in deluxe family rooms. Even the hotel and hotel rooms are clean and luxurious. Service - the service which was provided by the housekeeping persons was really good. I am really thankful for the service. Ambiance - the hotel really looks luxurious.
So, now let's discuss the food. I really wrote this separately about the food. The food was really tasty and delicious. As we already booked for buffet dinner and breakfast so there were many items on the plate and all the dishes were tasty specially the starter Chinese crispy and the kheer. Kheer was so delicious OMG just can't explain it in words. The restaurant owner was also a humble person . Special thanks to prakash for serving the food mainly the kheer 😂 we really loved and enjoyed the food. And Special thanks to all the restaurant members, chefs and the owner who served us the delicious food. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend this place to all my contacts whenever they are...
Read moreThe Grand Dwarika claims to be a premium hotel, but unfortunately, it fails to meet expectations in several key areas. While the property looks appealing from the outside, the actual experience leaves much to be desired.
One of the main drawbacks is the service quality. The staff is often unresponsive and lacks professionalism, making even basic requests feel like a hassle. Check-in and check-out processes can be slow, and room service is inconsistent.
The rooms are average at best, with cleanliness and maintenance being major concerns. Many guests have reported unclean bathrooms, poor air conditioning, and worn-out furniture, which significantly affect comfort. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, making it inconvenient for business travelers or those needing stable connectivity.
The food quality is below expectations, especially considering the pricing. The restaurant menu has limited options, and the taste does not match the standards of a reputed hotel. Many guests feel that the hotel is overpriced for the quality of service and amenities provided.
On a positive note, the location is convenient, and the property has potential if improvements are made. However, until management addresses these issues, The Grand Dwarika does not offer a value-for-money experience. Would not recommend...
Read morePros: Near to temple Provides e-Rickshaw to temple for elderly people. Phone Booking is also available, just with some advance payment. Ample space in corridor and waiting area. Room Service and Hospitality is good. See facing view from the room. AC works fine, hot water, tea/coffee maker, kettle, and other amenities are there in the room, no problem at all. Though fridge would've been a good Addon.
Cons: Only 1 Lift, so it takes alot of time when someone is in the lift. All the time we have preferred the stairs. Restaurant closes at 11pm. So no coffee or tea if u are awake at night. Some of the walls of the hotel suffers from wetness (moisture) of the rain or water leakage. Prices vary manier times, so better to go for phone booking rather than mmt or ibibo, etc. They forget to give you the bill, so remember to take it. Full Payment at the time of CheckIn. CheckOut time is 11am. It's not fair. Atleast keep it 12noon or 1pm. Complementary breakfast is available but if you want to cut the cost, eat outside, there're very good restaurants/thelas around. I paid 2400 without breakfast for one room as they told me that discounted rates are applicable at that time. Prices depends on the Season. Generally it is 3300 for Executive AC Deluxe...
