"I'm compelled to write this review as a warning to others: STAY AWAY FROM [Hotel kuber] AT ALL COSTS! I made the grave mistake of paying ₹2000 in advance for a room, expecting a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. What I got was a NIGHTMARE.

Upon arrival, I was given a room that was clearly USED AND NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. The bed wasn't made, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom was in a state that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. There were stains, hair, and dirt everywhere. It looked like the room hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks, if not months.

When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed completely unbothered and unconcerned. Their response? "It will take 5-6 hours to clean the room." Can you believe it? I paid for a clean room, not a deep cleaning service!

But the real kicker was when I asked for a refund of my advance. They REFUSED POINT BLANK, without any explanation or apology. No concern for customer satisfaction, no willingness to make things right. Just a flat-out denial.

The staff's attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. When I pressed them for answers, they seemed put off and annoyed. It's clear they don't care about their guests' comfort or satisfaction.

AVOID THIS HOTEL LIKE THE PLAGUE. Don't fall for their false promises or attractive prices. You'll be throwing your money away on a subpar experience. Look elsewhere for a clean, comfortable, and respectful stay.

Worst Experience Ever – Stay Away from Kubera Hotel!

I had the most horrible experience staying at Kubera Hotel. Right from the moment I checked in, everything was a disaster. The TV wasn’t working, and despite multiple complaints, no one bothered to fix it. Even worse, the AC was completely non-functional in the sweltering heat, making it impossible to sleep or relax.

The charges are absurdly high for the kind of service and amenities provided. It’s a complete rip-off. The room was filthy, especially the toilet which was not clean at all – stains everywhere, and a horrible smell that made it almost unusable. To make matters worse, the toilet exhaust window was wide open, offering no privacy and letting in insects and dust.

Overall, this was hands down the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and sanity – avoid Kubera Hotel...

The worst service i had ever seen . 2. The staff was behaving rudely. 3.The rooms were looking nice but the facilities are so good that they deserve rating in minus . All electrical appliances were giving shock while using it . They took whole advance payment in advance but at time of check out they were asking for money of 2 days but we have booked for only 1 day . There behaviour for asking of extra charges were so bad
