Really Awful service, bad ambience, would give it a zero if I could, Come here if you want attitude, dirty plates, bad food and service!!

Today I visited to re-ink my tattoo at RIP tattoos. Then I called my friend to hang out!! I entered the SYD Cafe and guess what when we were about to settle down, we were asked to get up and leave the place and to be have a seat at Roof Top Cafe!!

And here's the more interesting story that comes up... Roof top cafe is an open place and from the outside it looks so great and seems to be with a good ambience but when we settled down at the table four as we were 3- me, my friend and her 4yr old kiddo. When we ordered the food, and guess what happened, we were served with the plates which were already dirty!! Then there were flies and mosquitoes all around, we weren't even able to have our food!! Then when we asked them to change our plates and complained about the flies and mosquitoes then with rolled eyes and heavy sighs they shifted our table and food in the covered area space but the sofas weren't clean and moreover we were having a 4 year old kid with us, he mistakenly dropped the cushion on the floor, the staff reacted very badly over that. The story is not finished yet... We have ordered Veg Hakka noodles and Alfredo Sauce Pasta with special instructions to not to have mushrooms in it... And guess what.... The noodles were half hot and half cold and now to come over the pasta which was full of mushrooms and when we complained about that, then the staff told us we were backed up and due to that this mistake happened but the real story was only 5 people were there in which 3 were us!!

And when we called for the check.... Then they showed up with a bill with the service charges and when I enquired about the same, that same staff guy with a cunning smile asked me aren't we good at our service and hope you enjoyed it!! What the hell was that..... I couldn't understand the whole thing.... It's a total waste of...

Long review warning.

Pet friendly - so great to have one such place in the vicinity! However, they should ensure the seat/couch pet is being sat on is covered, preferably with a water proof bottom (accidents happen) . We had to ask for one.

Also, I wasn't sure how much of an effort they make to disinfect/wash these covers, the common dog bowl, furniture surfaces and utensils that humans and dogs are commonly using. Everything looked clean, but.. I have a feeling certain surfaces are not cleaned often enough.

We don't want our puppy and us to be exposed to the unknown - there could be unknown bacteria etc. from other pets through skin exposure / accidental pee on common furniture or licking common utensils.

Note : there was no objection to the pet eating out of the same plate people might eat from. We really appreciated the absence of restrictions on our pet, however, I wouldn't want to be exposed to plates other dogs may have licked.

The way to this place is dingy and dirty. Lift wasn't working, but got repaired in an hour or so. It is a very small, scary, old, and dirty lift though.

People food was all pretty good. We ordered fries, chicken tandoori, grilled chicken, coffee one hot one cold, brownie with ice cream. Dog food was not good, they could not boil properly, it was hard, it even had mushrooms! Not good for a puppy.

Ambience was good. Welcoming, good supportive staff, washroom was decent.

Overall, love that it is very pet friendly, no restrictions, can have our pet right sitting with us. Some cleanliness aspects might need more attention. They need to keep dog related stuff (pee pads, furniture covers, pup wipes maybe) and...

Dwarka SYD Cafe is the best cafe app ever visit in DELHI yet the time was last to last till 11.30 (roof top ) in Delhi, it’s not allowed to keep open rooftop restaurants after 11:30 PM But I told the staff whose name is Jitender You are so kind and polite he accepted us even after 1230 and it was almost late night. Still All the staff provided us Best quality service. Literally round of applause for this Gesture!! ❤️ Even The food is delicious I am pure vegetarian so Usually, I don’t get much vegetarian options In other restaurants, but over here they have suggested me which option Which I will highly recommend Was chilli cheese mushroom Crispy corn cold coffee. The food was literally nice. I will highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. And Ambience and the atmosphere of the rooftop is really nice. Really really enjoyed a lot. Took amazing pictures. Go and visit. It’s totally worth it.!!❤️ And thanks to Jitendra Because my phone was dead And it was 12:40 AM I told him I want to charge my phone and he literally waited for us to charge my phone so that I can get a cab at night and the staff was waited for me. Sorry and thank you so much for this Kindness ...
