Review of Raju Chur Chur Naan, Sector 12, Dwarka: A Highly Disappointing Experience
I recently visited Raju Chur Chur Naan in Sector 12, Dwarka, after hearing a lot of hype from various social media influencers. Unfortunately, my experience was far from the glowing reviews I had read online. It was, in fact, one of the most disappointing meals I have had in a long time, especially for the price they charge.
First and foremost, the service was abysmally slow. Despite the place being moderately busy, the staff took an unusually long time to take my order and even longer to serve it. There was a lack of basic customer care, and the waitstaff seemed indifferent to the delays. It was frustrating to see other tables also experiencing similar issues.
The quality of the food itself was a major letdown. I ordered the much-hyped Chur Chur Naan, expecting a burst of flavor and a fulfilling meal, but what I received was far from appetizing. The taste was subparâthe naan was dry and overly greasy at the same time, lacking the soft, flaky texture that a good chur chur naan should have.
Adding to my disappointment, I found a strand of hair in my chur chur naan, which is not only unhygienic but completely unacceptable in any restaurant setting. It raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the establishment.
The overall experience left me feeling like I had wasted my money. At âč200 per plate, the chur chur naan was grossly overpriced, especially considering the poor quality of food and service. Honestly, I wouldn't even value it at âč50 per plate given the experience I had.
Lastly, I can't help but feel that this place has been overhyped by social media influencers. The reality of dining at Raju Chur Chur Naan was far from the glowing reviews Iâve seen. It appears that the buzz is more a product of clever marketing than actual quality.
Verdict: Service: 1/5 (extremely slow and indifferent staff) Food Quality: 1/5 (bad taste and poor hygiene) Value for Money: 0.5/5 (definitely not worth âč200 per plate) Overall Experience: 1/5 (worst experience in a long time)
I would not recommend this place, especially if youâre looking for good quality food and decent service. There are far better options available in Delhi at more reasonable prices. For eg. Baljeet's at...

Now, delving into the main attraction of the place, i.e., the food. We ordered their Chur-Chur Naan Thali and were pleasantly surprised because the naans looked similar to a crumpled rose. The dish consisted of two insanely buttery and gigantic naans, gravies like dal makhani, shahi paneer, and mixed veg, all of which were topped with tons of cream and dry fruits, raita, salad, green chutney and small pieces of jaggery. This mammoth plate, which will cost you quite a hefty amount at any restaurant, comes for all but Rs 210,...

The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The staff members are courteous and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show â the chur chur naan. Raju Chur Chur Naan offers a variety of options, from classic aloo (potato) and paneer (cottage cheese) fillings to more innovative choices like cheese and mushroom. Each naan is freshly made and served piping hot, with a generous dollop of butter on top. The texture is perfect â crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making every bite a delight.
Along with the naan, I also tried their dal makhani and mixed vegetable curry. Both dishes were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The spices were well-balanced, allowing the natural taste of the ingredients to shine through.
For dessert, I couldn't resist trying their gulab jamun. It was heavenly â warm, soft, and soaked in just the right amount of sugar syrup. A perfect ending to a satisfying meal.
