Berco's — Restaurant in Dwarka

Bercos is available in the food court of Vegas mall, sec 14, Dwarka. We took the combo of rice with schezwan gravy & spring rolls & another with veggies in hot garlic sauce. The food is ok. There was a time when bercos used to be the topmost in chinese. Now there is a lot of competition. Bercos has lost its charm. The combo was average. The soup quantity was hardly anything at Ll. Just a small bowl, quite meagre for the price. Taste was ok. Went another time nd had their chilli paneer. That was nice. Manchow soup was ok, quantity of soup is less vis-a-vis the price. Tried the combo of rice nd red thai curry. Thai curry was a lil over sweet. They serve this in disposables so curry plate gets soggy. The spoons were plastic small soups. It was very inconvenient to have soup with those spoons nd even to serve nd have curry was not easy. Tried their platter of crispy corns. This was too salted at first then we had to get it replaced. Towards the closing time they had problem replacing it but again you cudnt have eaten this salted hence had to insist to change it which they did then. 2nd time corns were good. Located in Vegas Mall Dwarka, Sector 14. This restaurant is a part of food court on 3rd Floor of the Mall.

Its a self service restaurant, the good part is that there is no central payment counter but each restaurant in the food court has its individual payment counter.

Prices are in line with usual Berco's prices but services are quite delayed. We had ordered a Veg Sizzler and they gave us a time of 10 mins but we didn't receive the order for 30mins. When we went and enquired about the order they said they had called out but no one came and that's when we were sitting on the table right in front of the restaurant. So service wise I didn't like their way to go about things.

Coming to the food, the sizzler was indeed sizzling which makes me give them a Rating of 3 instead of 1 for their service. It had Chilly Potatoes, Mushrooms, Corn, Noodles and Gravy as well along with other Veggies. Indeed a complete meal worthy of the Price.

Would recommend this Resto, but be a bit vary about...

It was nice platter but some items were not fresh and the vegetables were not cooked properly. It looked like raw capsicum and onion specially . Not so much worth it. Momos were not hot , they were cold. And when the complaint was made they didn't apologize but said that in 5 minutes they became cold , other items were hot till that time too but momos was extremely cold . Not so much good experience, okay...
