We visited the Chilis outlet in Vegas Mall for the first time on 31st of July. Although we are familiar with Chilis, having visited their other outlets several times in the past, this was the first time in this particular outlet. Being a Sunday evening, the place was quite full and we had to wait for a while to get a table for 6, though not too long. We came with high expectations based on our past experience with the brand and we were certainly not disappointed. Although slightly smaller in size when compared with some of their other outlets, the outlet has a pleasant ambience, accompanied by a good selection of music.
We started with drinks accompanied with Bottomless Tostadas. It would be pertinent to mention here that though they still call it bottomless, they actually provide only three fills of the basket, as informed to us verbally. Not that we needed a third fill – two were enough for us coz by then our main course was served.
Coming to the main course, there was nothing on our order that could even remotely be described as mediocre in terms of taste or helping size. Each of the dishes served were excellent. After a long time, we actually relished the food. Apart from the Beer and Soft drinks, we had ordered a Tortilla Crusted Chicken, Chipotle Chicken Rice, The Boss Burger (Chicken), Fish & Chips and a Fajita Combo with a Sizzler. The preparation of each item was perfect and we loved each and every bite of our dinner. Despite being six of us, we could not finish everything and had our leftovers packed. We ended the dinner on a sweet note with a Paradise Pie, one portion shared by all of us because none of us could manage more than a spoonful. It must be mentioned here that the Paradise Pie was appropriately named, for it was simply heavenly in taste.
Last but not the least, this review would not be complete without a special mention of the service. We were served by Aman, and the service was impeccable. Aman, with his easy-going natural friendliness made us feel at ease right from the time we arrived, till we left. He helped us choose the dishes for our order and patiently explained each dish to us. He made us feel right at home and trusting his judgement and recommendations was the best thing we could have done. It was my mother-in-law’s birthday and Aman ensured that we had a lovely evening. As long as Chilis continues to have service oriented people like Aman on their payroll, they should continue to do well.
I have no hesitation at all in recommending Chilis to anyone who wants to have a hearty meal accompanied with great ambience...
Read moreThis complaint is about the Chili's resturant in Sector 14, Vegas Mall, Dwarka, New Delhi, India 110078. We have been a regular visitors to the Resturant and it has been observed the hygiene/ house keeping along with the quality and quantity has gone worst.
Today, we (family) went to the restaurant and as there was no rush we got a table for our dinner.
The table given to us by Floor Manager Ranu was dirty he didn't care to get it cleaned also. I have personal look for some to get it clean despite of telling the Floor Manager.
We ordered LIT, Evolution and Cold Coffee. The taste of LIT was not good, though I ignored it. After some time we ordered Chicken with creamy meal but in that Broccoli was not available this was informed to us we went ahead and agreed for seasonal vegetables.
But when meal was served it was very less, when we raised the concen again to Floor Manager Ranu, he started argue that nothing wrong in it and the whole quantity is 120 gm and it is measured and same has been served.
As we have been regular to resturant and ordered earlier also and as per that comparison we have found it very less in comparison to food served to us earlier and when we told that Floor Manager Ranu, he became very adamant that we have measured each and everything after that same is being served.
Then I have called for Manager Sanjay, he explained that Broccoli is not available as vendor is providing spoiled vegetables every time. We informed him that we faced same things two months earlier also.
Sanjay tried to handle the situations by providing additional rice and vegetables but that was not the solution.
The actual problem is that the content in food is missing, for which wrong justification is being given by both Sanjay and Renu (he was rude and adamant, not suiting to the hospitality industry).
Then Ranu made the experience and evening worst. Thought Sanjay tried to handle it by giving extra quantity but that doesn't made yp for the soiling done Ranu and status of Resturant.
It is advised that the concern regarding Hygine, quality, quantity and services by staff need to be reviewed and...
Read moreI recently had an extremely unpleasant experience at Chilis Vegas Dwarka, Delhi, primarily due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the front office manager and staff. As someone who had made a pre-booking for a meal, I expected a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, that was far from what transpired.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with unnecessary hostility by the front office manager. I had availed a discounted offer, which was clearly stated in the terms and conditions of the booking. However, instead of honoring the agreement, the manager publicly humiliated me, stating that discounted offers are not entertained with pre-bookings. This was not only factually incorrect but also handled in a manner that was deeply disrespectful and embarrassing.
The manager’s tone was condescending, and their attitude was dismissive, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer. It was clear that they had no intention of resolving the issue amicably or providing any form of customer service. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position who should be trained to handle such situations with professionalism and tact.
This experience has left a sour taste. A front office manager is often the first point of contact for customers, and their behavior sets the tone for the entire dining experience. In this case, it completely ruined what should have been a pleasant evening.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue with the front office manager. Customers should never be made to feel humiliated or disrespected, especially over matters that are clearly the restaurant’s responsibility to handle. Until such behavior is rectified, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. We chose this restaurant as a feedback from some of our colleagues but highly disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of...
